What is the origin of shipments?

Shipments are organized from India, Singapore, Thailand, and the European Union.

The name of our firm is not printed on any packages, and shipments are dispatched from many places to ensure utmost discretion and the highest probability of successful shipment.

Once your payment has been authenticated and gone through our anti-fraud check, your card will be charged. Within 1-2 business days, approved payments are finalized and cleared, and your purchase is ready for despatch.

How long does it take to ship to the United States?

Depending on the destination, the normal expected shipment time is 5–17 working days.

  • Within the United States, USPS registered airmail takes 7–10 business days.
  • Registered international airmail takes 5–12 business days to Europe, the United States, Asia, and South Africa.
  • Regular airmail shipments to Germany, Canada, and Australia take 5–17 business days (we do not use or provide courier shipping options since it increases the risk of things being confiscated by customs in these countries).

What is the best way to monitor my order?

If your order is being shipped to you in the United States, you may monitor it at tools.usps.com

You may monitor your order on AfterShip.com if it's heading to an overseas (non-US) location.

You may discover your tracking code by logging in to "My Account" on our website using the username and password you used to place your order, then heading to "Order History," where the tracking code for each of your orders will be shown.

After we receive payment for your orders, we will give you your shipping tracking code automatically within 2–5 business days.

What should I do if the tracking website claims my tracking code is invalid?

Your order may only be tracked 72 hours after it is dispatched from the warehouse as it first needs to be released by customs control.

Please notify us if the tracking code does not display in the system after 3 business days, and we will look into it.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

What methods are used to ship bulk or high-quantity orders?

If your order is too large to fit in the same shipment parcel as a small order, we promise it will be split into the appropriate number of smaller shipments.

We assure you that no matter how large your purchase is, it will be packed with the same amount of discretion as smaller ones. Furthermore, regardless of how many little shipments we need to send, you will only be charged one shipping rate.

How long should the procedure take from completing payment until the parcel arrives?

After receiving payment, we process and despatch your order within 2-5 business days.

Your order should arrive in the United States within 7 to 10 business days after the tracking code is supplied.

Is there a limit to the number of items I can order at once?

The quantity of goods you may order is unlimited. However, because there may be import laws in force for that specific product or chemical in that quantity, you should contact an import professional.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER

Why does it appear that my package is trapped in the same spot according to the tracking website?

This usually occurs when things are detained at customs and are awaiting clearance. This does not indicate a problem. However, if your tracking number indicates no progress after 10 days, please contact us and we will look into it. We also recommend that you call your local EMS (USPS) office with the tracking code to find out where your item is right now.

What should I do if my order is not complete when it arrives?

Please take a photo of everything you received, including the packaging labels, and submit it to us.

Is it possible for shipment delays?

MAKING A PAYMENT FOR YOUR PURCHASE

I made a purchase. How do I go about making a payment?

You will receive an email with payment instructions when you place your order.

We may ask you to validate your order if you want to pay by credit card. This is why we ask for your current phone number to reach you so that we can verify your payment.

Your credit card payment will not be processed if the order does not pass our verification or if we are unable to contact you, and we will give you an alternative payment method.
